You can order our products through the Little Bear Pet Treats Shopping Cart or if preferred, choose to place your order by email or phone. Little Bear Pet Treats provides several payment options as described below: Credit Card/PayPal Bank Transfer Goods being paid for by Bank Transfer will not be despatched until the direct deposit payment has been finalised. OTHER PAYMENT OPTIONS CAN BE ARRANGED BY TELEPHONING US DIRECTLY. Once you have ordered your products you will receive a confirmation email itemising all charges and fees associated with your purchase. This will include the total cost of your purchase as well as the shipping and GST amounts that are applicable. Payment should then be made by your selected payment option (ie: direct deposit etc). If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified via email and/or telephone. Your ordered items will be placed automatically on backorder unless an exchange request has been received.

All good will be shipped by Australian Post. Your tracking number is will sent to you once your parcel has been lodged with Australia Post. Little Bear Pet Treats cannot be held responsible for the shipping time, as once the goods are lodged with Australia Post, we have no influence on how they are shipped, or the time taken to reach the delivery address.
