Spa Wellness For Your Pups!

Our furry friends are more than just pets; they are an extension of our family. Just like human family members, they require ongoing care and attention, particularly when it comes to their dental health.

At LBPT, we've created our WOOF MINTS...a low-fat, grain-free biscuit that features a selection of nutritious, fresh vegetables, including spinach and parsley. And don’t forget, we've included mint to help ensure that your pets maintain fresh breath. This thoughtful combination not only supports their overall health and fights off gum disease but also keeps them feeling great, with lovely minty fresh breath.

In addition to our Woof Mint biscuits, we offer Shark Cartilage, which is an excellent option for smaller dogs that may struggle with chewing raw bones. Shark Cartilage features ridges that help clean between the teeth, promoting dental health and reducing the risk of gum disease.

Just a little heads up—shark cartilage has a unique fishy smell, which makes sense since it comes from sharks. While the scent isn’t exactly what we’d call pleasant, it's funny how our pets seem to love it! My dogs especially get a kick out of rolling around in anything that smells strong. At home I keep my shark cartilage either in a glass jar or in the freezer (which, while frozen will make the smell go away) so in summer my dogs get a lovely frozen shark cartilage popsicle.

Lastly, this month I'd like to highlight our Paw Balm. It is highly effective and can be used on any part of our pets, including cats and dogs, to heal minor to medium skin conditions, such as hot spots. Additionally, it is safe for human use. I've personally applied it to my own hands as a hand cream, as I frequently experience minor burns from the oven and dry skin. It instantly moisturises my hands and provides relief from dryness.
